After being in the world of signage for nearly 20 years we have a great knowledge of our industry but are always keen to learn more! From design to application our team are highly experienced and you can be sure your in safe hands.

Well established Company

We have been established since 2000 and our team have grown with the company. Both Matt and Ash have been with the company for over 17 years, Ryan for 13 years and Liam for 7 years. Our team hasn't changed and we feel this gives us a strong, reliable and conscientious business.

Great quality products and range

We only use high quality materials for our work and most of our vinyls have a life of 7 years or more. We stock a range of signage board for a wide range of applications.
Most of the materials we use have been tried and tested by us and we feel this adds extra peace of mind for our client.

All of our vinyl graphics are either cut using a wide format plotter or for full colour images, state of the art wide format printers which can print upto 1500mm. By investing in great equipment we are able to produce our signage and graphics at amazing quality with fantastic colour reproduction.

Who are Mill Signs?

Mill Signs were first created by Mill Auto Supplies back in 2000 for their own in house projects. Over the years we developed our skills and produced everything for all 19 depots from shop signage, health and safety, event stands and lots more! As well as the shops we also looked after vehicle signage for a 200+ fleet. This included, designing, branding, conceptual artwork, repairs and quick turnaround for batches of vans that would arrive.

Through word of mouth we started to get outside clients.

Over the past 18 years we have built a strong, reliable and confident team who are able to rise to most challenges that are thrown at them. Our client base has grown over the years to include small and large companies, schools, clubs and a whole host of private clients, from racers, model builders, interior designers and restorers! Over the years we have been asked to do some huge jobs from full wrap around building signs to very small model decals, there isn’t much we cant do!

In 2017 Mill Signs left the Mill Auto Group to became a limited company and a business in their own right. We are now being able to invest into our business to make it grow. Our aim has always been the same and that is to provide our clients with our best and to achieve the highest standards.

At the beginning of 2018 Mill Signs moved into their new roadside premises on Wilson Way, Pool, with everything now on one level with a new bespoke design suite, production area and a fully lit all weather fitting bay for most vehicles. The new layout also includes a shop, toilets, customer waiting area from where you can see each stage of the process!

As well as moving we have also invested into some new equipment allowing us to produce high quality wide format prints for display and commercial uses up to 5 foot wide!

We work hard for our customers, after all without them we wouldn’t have a business!

Meet the team

Ash Kane | Manager

Ash is the manager of Mill Signs Ltd and is very passionate and proud of the work his team creates. Ash has been with the business since 2005 and loves what he does greatly. From Manager to designer, production to fitting and even on occasion may even make a brew there aren't many jobs he wont put his hand too. Ash is an integral part of what is Mill Signs and strives to grow the business and his teams futures. In his spare time he has a keen interest in design and being creative and even fronts an original local heavy rock band...LungCage.

Matt Haywood | Assistant Manager

Matt is the assistant Manager of Mill Signs Ltd and has been with the company longer than the rest of us, in fact from the first days! Matt learnt his artistic skills at Falmouth Uni and has been in the trade ever since. Matt loves what he does and is proficient in a wide range of abilities from brand designing and logos to fitting large scale projects. In his spare time he like to spend as much time with his young family and enjoying watching them grow. Matt is an integral part of the business and we are proud he works for us.

Ryan Lewis | Signage Technician

Ryan has been with the business since he left school and has developed his skills both at college and also with hands on experience. Over the years his interest has grown and he is now capable of creating stunning designs and graphics. His keen eye for detail is meticulous and is always quick to notice any mistake! From design to fitting Ryan's work is always first class. In his spare time Ryan is a keen golfer and loves all kinds of football and even played locally.

Liam Thomas | Production Technician

Liam Joined Mill Signs in 2012 and has become an important part of the day to day production of the signage. From preparing the vinyl and digital prints Liam also spends a lot of his time building signs for customers both large and small signs alike. Liam's experience grows day on day and has also been to Cornwall College and passed his sign making qualification. Thoughout the day Liam's tasks range from sorting jobs to sign fitting...in between this however his most important task....coffee! In his spare time Liam enjoys spending time with his young family, listening to music, playing guitar and enjoying life!
